Our Claims Managers are here to better assist you when you need us the most and they work relentlessly to help you obtain your VA disability benefits. Our drive is to ensure all Veterans receive the highest possible disability rating. Voice of the Veteran has a proud history of assisting Veterans and their Families in achieving a better quality of life.  It would be our Honor, and Pleasure to serve you.  You earned it, and you deserve it!  We will stop at nothing (within legal limits of course) to complete our mission because our mission is YOU!

Starting off in the right direction

First things first:  What is the cost to help me with my claim?

We DO NOT CHARGE to help you with your disability claim.  We are a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) Veterans Outreach Organization.  What we do is explain that there is no reason to waste time gathering any information, the VA already has access to all your service records, and your military health records. We will also assist you with all your civilian medical records, do not waste your time or funds.

What documents will I need to support my claim?

There are no documents necessary to file a VA claim. If you have a DD 214, that is okay, but the VA will get all the documents they need.

What evidence do I need to support a claim for service connection?

The VA, if necessary, will ask for any information needed. The work of the VA will be to look for medical evidence in your medical records and your MOS for proof that an injury, event occurred. If found an examination will be performed by a VA physician or civilian physician certified by the VA. Once the examination is completed, it will be returned to the VA for a decision. If additional information is needed from the Veteran, it will then be requested.
