Voice of the Veteran must be very clear and direct on this matter.
Voice of the Veteran is not a faith-based organization, and our mission, programs, and events are intentionally structured to remain non-religious, non-denominational, and inclusive of all Veterans, Military members, First Responders and their families, regardless of faith, belief, or lack thereof. We realize that there are a lot of different religious beliefs in our world today and we do not put one over the other. We believe that we all have the right to worship or not in the way they choose in whatever religion they choose.
We have worked with some faith-based organizations in the past. What we realized from that experience is that not all of them may be as credible as we were initially led to believe. Falling in the footsteps of generations before ours that fought for our rights and our freedoms is what we stand with. We are Veterans and we continued that fight and continue that fight today as leaders of a strong and growing organization. As Veterans our oath NEVER expires. We fortunately have the ability to choose who we work with and who we don’t. We are thankful for the generations before us and after us that are still fighting for those rights. With our new executive management team within Voice of the Veteran, we stand firm and we will not be swayed by anyone who hides behind a religious curtain that says one thing but does another. Do not mistake our kindness for weakness. We do not wish anyone or any organization ill will or negativity. We are done with those who have tried to take over or redirect anything we are involved with or are the founders of. Go in peace, but you will never work with us or against us ever again. The End!
Our mission is to take care of, Support, and be there for our Veterans, our Military members, which includes Active Duty, National Guard, the Reserves, and ALL their Families and support staffs, our First Responders, which includes Law Enforcement, Firefighters, and EMTs, and all their families and support staffs.
