Veteran of the Month, Jorge Rangel

VETERAN OF THE MONTH

Jorge Rangel
Veteran Strong Consulting, Inc.

Jorge Rangel spent a combined 20 years in the U.S. Navy and Naval Reserves and as he was serving in the Reserves, Jorge started his 2nd career as an Officer with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.  After 2o years with Las Vegas Metro P.D., Jorge retired, but he did not stop there.  After witnessing other Veterans struggle with filing for their disability pensions with the VA and experiencing it personally with a Veterans Service Officer, Jorge decided to educate himself and personally take on this daunting task.

After experiencing success on his first attempt for himself and by himself, Jorge now has a 90% service related disability rating and is receiving his VA Pension.  This is just one example of what Jorge and his Veteran Strong Consulting can do for you and your disability claim with the VA.

  1. I met Mr. Rangel in CCDC two years ago, and been in need of his assistance. I am a 100% Disabled Army with two tours of combat. I have a purple heart, two sam’s, two arm’s and a bronze star. A year and a half ago when covid-19 hit Vegas, they canceled my veteran court dates, my probation officer said they had stopped thier appointments. So I don’t my PTSD kicked in I went into servival mode a grabbed my wife and my two pitbulls and fled to the desert with some other veterans. Went off the grid got out and away from the city. I did what the government the army trained me to do and that to survive and protect my family. I’ve been married for two and a half years now but have not collected the income increase for being married. The right side of my body took a beating from an ied that I drove over in my 5 ton troop carrier back in 1994 in operation continue hope in Saudi Arabia. Over the years it’s gotten progressively worse and now the left side of my body is starting to fail me. They put out a warrant for my arrest and stopped my military benefits. Their is currently a flag on my record and can’t even get a band aid from the VA Hospital if my life depend on it. I could really use your help please and God Bless You.
