RESULTS DON’T LIE

I spent a big part of my time at the Day of Gratitude 2026 speaking with Veterans, active-duty military members, National Guard & Reserve Members, first responders, and their families. While opinions varied, one theme surfaced repeatedly: FRUSTRATION.
- Not frustration with political parties.
- Not frustration with campaign slogans.
- Frustration with a lack of visible results.
For years, Americans have been told that better days are just around the corner. Every administration promises prosperity, security, lower costs, stronger borders, safer communities, and a brighter future. Yet many Americans continue to struggle with rising expenses, uncertainty about the economy, and concerns about the direction of the country.
As a Veteran, I learned a simple lesson that has stayed with me throughout my life:
Results Don’t Lie.
In the military, success is not measured by speeches. It is measured by accomplishing the mission.
You can have the best briefing in the world, but if the mission fails, the briefing means nothing.
You can make bold promises, but if the objective is not achieved, those promises become empty words.
The American people deserve more than slogans. They deserve results.
They deserve an economy that allows families to afford groceries without anxiety.
They deserve energy policies that keep fuel affordable.
They deserve secure communities.
They deserve confidence that America’s allies respect us and our adversaries fear us. Mainly because our “Leaders” don’t just talk about what they are going to do, they prove it with action that produces RESULTS!
Most importantly, they deserve leaders who spend less time talking about what they are going to do and more time actually doing it.
This is not about Republicans versus Democrats.
It is not about Donald Trump versus Joe Biden.
It is about accountability.
Every elected official, regardless of party, should be judged by the same standard: Did life improve for the American people?
If the answer is yes, they deserve credit.
If the answer is no, they deserve criticism.
America’s greatness has never come from political parties. It has come from ordinary citizens who work hard, serve honorably, raise families, build businesses, and defend this nation.
The American people are not asking for perfection.
They are asking for leadership.
They are asking for competence.
They are asking for results.
Because at the end of the day, Results Don’t Lie.
